September 2025 Newsletter!

As summer 2025 comes to a close, we wanted to thank everyone who has come along to any of our summer events. We’ve had a full summer of bouncing, creating, painting, playing, exploring, making friends and learning! We’ve loved seeing so many happy little (and not so little!) faces. We can only continue to run these events with the support of the community so please do continue to come along to events and get in touch if you are interested in volunteering or becoming a trustee.

Summer of fun at The Hub!

Bounce and Play has been another great success this year with over 100 children coming to bounce away the summer energy!

We also ran 6 family activity sessions this summer which saw lots of children’s creativity!

Sing Space Autumn Term - Get Involved!

Sing Space are looking for new members to join their very popular adult musical theatre choir. A great place to sing and meet new people! New term starts on 22nd September and runs to 8 December.  Only £5 for a taster at the first session on 22nd September.

Once Upon a Dance - Term Begins!

✨ Once Upon a Dance – Magical Dance for Tiny Princesses ✨

We are excited to bring Once Upon a Dance to Bushmead Community Hub!

Our enchanting dance classes are designed especially for little ones age 2-5, combining ballet-inspired movement with music, imagination, and a sprinkle of princess magic.

👑 When: Saturdays (term time), 9:30 – 10:00am

👑 Where: Bushmead Community Hub, Hancock Drive, Luton, LU2 7GY

👑 Who: Perfect for tiny dancers (age 2-5) who love to twirl, move, and play

Each week, children step into a fairy-tale world where they grow in confidence, coordination, and creativity – all while having fun!

Griffin Players Quiz Night & Auditions

Auditions for our longstanding family pantomime are taking place at Bushmead Community Hub at 2pm on Sunday 7^th September. Further information can be found at www.thegriffinplayers.co.uk.

Come along and test your knowledge at our Family friendly quiz night! Head down to Bushmead Community Hub at 7:30pm on Saturday 13th September, and get those brain cells buzzing!
